Admission is required to visit with the cats — because keeping their cozy, safe space open takes a village! Your admission helps cover the rent, utilities, staff, cleaning, and enrichment that keep Toebean running and give our rescue cats a comfortable place to relax, play, and meet their future families.

The Toebean Cat Café in Roanoke, VA was born from a simple belief: what if your coffee came with unconditional love? We partner with local rescue organizations to give every cat a chance at finding their forever home while you enjoy premium coffee, peaceful moments, and meaningful connections in Roanoke's most beloved cat lounge.

Three Unique Spaces
Find Your Perfect Room
Every room is home to a rotating cast of adoptable cats waiting to meet you.
The Nook
An intimate ground-floor cat room perfect for one-on-one connections with our adoptable kitties. Smaller, quieter, and wonderfully cozy. Usually has 2–3 cats/kittens.
The Sunbeam Suite
A sunny upstairs lounge with a cozy main room, a sunroom with ample natural light, and a private retreat where cats can de-stress. Great for playful group experiences. Usually has 7–10 cats/kittens.
The Biscuit Factory
Our newest upstairs room, full of sunshine and good energy! A bright, cheerful space with lots of personality. Usually has 5–6 cats/kittens.
If time and space allow, you're welcome to visit other rooms during your reservation — just sanitize your hands and swap booties between rooms. Want to know how many cats are currently in a room? Email us before your visit.
